Hello! My name is Ladan Ghafouri, and I am the proud owner and lead educator here at Honey Bee Daycare. With over five years of experience as an Early Childhood Educator and specializing in infant and toddler care, I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for young children to grow and explore. Originally from Iran, I began my career as a nurse, which has given me a strong foundation in health, safety, and the well-being of children.

My Philosophy

At Honey Bees Daycare, I am dedicated to nurturing every child’s physical, social, emotional, creative, and intellectual development. My mission is to provide high-quality care that supports children in their growth, ensuring they feel valued, safe, and empowered.

I believe that every child deserves exceptional daycare services, and I welcome children of all races, colors, religions, and cultures into my inclusive environment. Additionally, I embrace the opportunity to support children with special needs, ensuring that I can meet their unique requirements with care and consideration.

My approach is rooted in creating a loving, flexible, and stimulating atmosphere where children are encouraged to explore their independence and build self-esteem. Through enriching play-based activities and engaging experiences, I foster growth and learning while keeping their well-being my top priority.

At Honey Bees, I recognize the importance of strong, collaborative relationships between parents and staff. By working together, I aim to support the happiness, development, and overall success of every child in my care.

Staff Policies at Honey Bees Daycare

Ages Served: I provide care for children under 36 months.

Maximum Group Size: To ensure individual attention and high-quality care, the maximum group size is 8 children.

Staff-to-Child Ratio: The staff-to-child ratio is 1:4 meaning one Early Childhood Educator is assigned for every four children, ensuring personalized and attentive care.

Staff Qualifications: My educators are certified Early Childhood Educators (ECE) and have more than 5 years experience in this field . This equips me to meet the unique developmental needs of young children.

Setting: Care is provided in a warm and welcoming environment tailored for 0 to 5 years old , fostering a sense of safety, exploration, and growth.

Additional Certifications and Requirements:

I possess a current first aid certificate.
All staff undergone and cleared a Criminal Record Check to prioritize safety and security.
All staff possess a current first aid.

At Honey Bees Daycare, my mission is to provide a nurturing and enriching environment for young children to learn, grow, and thrive.

As a mother of two boys, aged 16 and 12, I understand the importance of providing personalized care that meets each child’s individual needs. At Honey Bee Daycare, I strive to foster a positive, supportive, and loving atmosphere where every child feels valued and encouraged to learn at their own pace. I am committed to offering a space where both children and their families feel like part of our daycare family.
